We are looking for a agile Talent Acquisition professional experience to drive end-to-end hiring across business and functional roles. The role requires strong sourcing capabilities,

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment across technical, engineering, manufacturing and corporate functions.
Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, role specifications and hiring priorities.
Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, job portals, referrals, networking and direct sourcing.
Build strong talent pipelines for niche and critical positions.
Screen and assess candidates for skills, experience and organizational fit.
Coordinate interviews, drive feedback closure and manage the candidate experience.
Manage offer negotiations, compensation discussions, offer rollout and pre-joining engagement.
Track recruitment metrics, hiring dashboards and position closures.
Support walk-in drives, bulk hiring and recruitment campaigns as required.
