Job Description

As a Director - Quantum within the Construction Advisory (Claims & Disputes) practice, you will lead the delivery of high-profile, high-value dispute and advisory engagements across global infrastructure, energy, industrial, and construction projects. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, legal counsel, and project stakeholders,



providing strategic guidance on complex claims, dispute resolution, quantum, and commercial matters.

The Director will be responsible for driving practice growth, developing client relationships at executive level, providing technical leadership on major engagements, and mentoring multidisciplinary teams across EMEA, APAC, and other international markets. The role requires recognized industry credibility, strong commercial acumen, and experience supporting formal dispute resolution proceedings including arbitration, adjudication, litigation, mediation, and expert witness assignments.

Job Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Engagement Oversight

Lead and oversee complex, high-value construction claims and dispute engagements from inception through resolution.
Provide executive-level guidance on dispute strategy, commercial risk, entitlement, causation, and quantum.
Direct multidisciplinary teams delivering quantum assess
