Product Manager - GoComet
About the Role
GoComet is looking for a Product Manager to drive the strategy, development, and growth of its AI-powered logistics visibility products. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, data, integrations, customer experience, and operational excellence. You will work on products used by global enterprises and will be responsible for transforming complex logistics and transportation data into reliable, high-impact solutions that customers can trust for business-critical decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Market Insights
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer discovery to identify opportunities and define product strategy.
- Understand customer pain points, industry trends, and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
- Build and execute product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
- Translate market insights into product requirements and strategic initiatives. Product Ownership & Execution




- Own end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch and continuous improvement.
- Define product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
- Monitor product performance, gather customer feedback, and prioritize enhancements. -Drive adoption, engagement, retention, and customer satisfaction across assigned products. Air Cargo Visibility & Tracking Platform
- Own and enhance GoTrack Air's tracking capabilities across airlines, freight forwarders, and data partners.
- Define how tracking data is sourced, validated, reconciled, and presented to customers.
