We are inviting applications for the position of Field Marketing Manager to join our growing team.

About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and result-driven professional to strengthen our presence in the education sector through field marketing, school visits, client relationships, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute field marketing activities across schools
• Visit schools and promote books, notebooks & educational products
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, distributors, wholesalers & retailers
• Identify new business opportunities and support sales growth
• Coordinate with the internal team for marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Track market activities, client follow-ups and prepare regular reports




• Achieve marketing and business development targets

Candidate Requirements:
• 2–5 years of experience in field marketing/business development
• Education, Publishing or Stationery industry experience preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills
• Fluency in Hindi & English
• Willingness to travel and conduct regular field visits
• Own two-wheeler preferred
