We are looking for a data-driven Growth Marketing professional who can drive customer acquisition, engagement, and business growth through a combination of marketing strategy, analytics, experimentation, and performance optimization.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in a D2C or e-commerce environment, a robust understanding of growth marketing levers, and the ability to translate data and consumer insights into actionable business initiatives.

Drive growth initiatives across the customer acquisition and retention funnel, with a strong focus on business and revenue outcomes.
Analyze customer, campaign, and channel-level data to identify growth opportunities and areas of improvement.
Work closely with Performance Marketing, CRM, Product, Category, and Business teams to execute growth initiatives.




Track and optimize key metrics such as CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rate, retention, repeat rate, and revenue contribution.
Develop dashboards and reports to monitor business performance and provide actionable insights.
Identify customer segments and behavioral trends to improve acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
Evaluate marketing channel performance and recommend opportunities for optimization and scale.
Use data to understand customer journeys and identify drop-offs and conversion opportunities.
Support the development and execution of growth strategies based on market trends, customer behavior, and competitive insights.
Present key findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
1–2 years of relevant experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, Marketing Analytics, or a similar role.
