Job Overview

As a Performance Marketing Expert, you will be responsible for creating and managing high-performing digital advertising campaigns that generate qualified leads for our software development, mobile app development, website development, and digital marketing services.





Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
- Create and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.
- Generate qualified B2B and B2C leads for software, website, mobile app, and IT services.
- Monitor and optimize key performance metrics including:
- Cost Per Lead (CPL)
- Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)
- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
- Click Through Rate (CTR)
- Conversion Rate
- Configure and maintain:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Meta Pixel
- Conversion API (CAPI)
- Event Tracking
- Build audience segments, remarketing campaigns, and lead nurturing funnels.
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience targeting.
