What You'll Do:
Adapt and develop long-form fiction into engaging, serialized, audio-first scripts.
Localize stories to suit the cultural context, language, and preferences of American & European audiences.
Work on characters, dialogues, story arcs, pacing, and narrative structure to create engaging listening experiences.
Collaborate with Creative Leads to refine stories as per creative brief and maintain consistency across episodes
Review and refine AI-assisted content while ensuring strong storytelling and editorial quality.
Deliver high-quality content consistently within defined timelines.

What We're Looking For:
3+ years of experience in fiction writing, editorial, or content development.
Solid storytelling and writing skills with experience in long-form or serialized fiction.




Understanding of storytelling formats across platforms such as webnovels, OTT, TV, publishing, audio, or digital content.
Ability to adapt content for different audiences while maintaining cultural relevance and authenticity.
Strong understanding of character development, story arcs, pacing, dialogue, and episodic storytelling.
Comfortable working with AI tools and technology-enabled content workflows.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Good understanding of American/European audiences, cultures, or local content preferences is a plus.
