Must have:
- working with ITSM solutions in an enterprise environment
- Experience with Testing ServiceNow ITSM modules - Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, Knowledge
- Ability to learn and adapt to current technologies applicable to the ServiceNow platform
- Conducts / participates in user inclusive story / requirement gathering sessions
- Agile certified
- Worked in Agile projects
- Worked on TOSCA toolGood to have:
- A fundamental understanding of ITSM, ITIL or CMDB
