Role Description

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain technical builds based on requirements
- Report status updates as required by the project
- Demonstrate a good understanding of development frameworks and standard procedures followed within the organization
- Influence, direct, and monitor technical work effectively
- Ensure consistency with business strategies
- Effectively manage and collaborate with stakeholders across the specified line of responsibility.
- Drive technical discussions with IT and business collaborators
- Support decision-making processes and demonstrate effective business communication skills across multiple levels
- Challenge ideas, methods, guidelines,



and procedures to promote discussion and innovative thinking
- Adhere to and ensure team adherence to standard processes and procedures
- Develop planning/organizational, problem-solving, analytical, time management, and decision-making skills
- Provide permanent resolutions for repeating issues and build automation for repetitive tasks

Qualifications:
Must Have

Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (any stream)

Abilities

Technical/Functional:
- Drupal theming and configuration
- Experience theming and supporting a content management system
- CI/CD tooling, such as GitHub Actions
- Cloud platforms, such as Pantheon and AWS
- Experience with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2
- Knowledge of AI tools like GitHub Co-Pilot, Canvas AI, Drupal AI
- HTML, CSS, and front-end JavaScript experience
- Web components build/build systems
- Node
