Role Overview:
The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for handling student inquiries, guiding prospective candidates through the admission process, and achieving enrollment targets through effective tele-sales strategies. This role requires excellent communication skills, a target-driven approach, and the ability to provide personalized guidance to students and parents.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Student Counseling & Admissions:
Engage with prospective students via phone calls, emails,



and in-person interactions.
Provide detailed information about the institution’s programs, eligibility criteria, admission process, and fee structure.
Guide students through the entire admission journey, from inquiry to final enrollment.
Address concerns and queries of students and parents in a qualified and empathetic manner.
2. Tele-Sales & Lead Conversion:
Make outbound calls to potential leads and follow up on inquiries.
Maintain and update the admissions database with accurate student details.
Convert inquiries into admissions by effectively presenting the value proposition of the programs.
Meet and exceed assigned admission targets within given timelines.
3. Target Achievement & Reporting:
Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly admission targets.
Track and analyze conversion rates to optimize sales strategies.
Provide daily/weekly reports on student inquiries, follow-ups,
