The Role
We're looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to support the planning, execution, and day-to-day optimization of performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta. This is a hands-on role for someone early in their performance marketing career who wants to build deep expertise in user acquisition and data-driven optimization,



working closely with a senior marketing team.

What You'll Do
• Campaign Execution: Execute and maintain performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta under the guidance of the Performance Marketing Manager.
• Campaign Setup: Assist with audience targeting, budget allocation, and bid management.
• Performance Tracking: Track daily and weekly campaign performance and flag anomalies or optimization opportunities.
• Creative Coordination: Work with design and content teams to source and update creatives and ad copies.
• A/B Testing: Support testing of creatives, audience segments, and campaign structures.
• Reporting: Prepare regular performance reports using tracking and attribution tools.
• Campaign Hygiene: Maintain naming conventions, tagging, UTM structures, and budget pacing.
• Industry Awareness: Stay updated on platform updates, ad policy changes, and industry best practices.
