Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit, assemble, and enhance video content for social media platforms (Instagram,Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) using Adobe Premiere Pro.
- AI Audio & Color Enhancements: Utilize AI audio category tagging and speech enhancement tools to rapidly clean up dialogue and isolate voice tracks. Familiarity with native AI features inside Adobe Creative Cloud or popular third-party AI tools (e.g., automated transcript editing, AI upscaling, smart frame generation)
- Perform color matching and basic grading using automated, intelligent color tools
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and execute video

ideas aligned with brand objectives.
- Adapt and repurpose long-form content into short-form videos and reels for social platforms.
- Ensure all videos maintain brand consistency in tone, colour, and visual style.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, editing techniques, and AI innovations to

bring fresh ideas to content creation.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within tight deadlines.





Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communication, or a related field (preferred).
- 2-5 years of proven experience as a video editor, specifically for social media

content.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and familiarity with tools like After Effects,

Photoshop, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Working knowledge of AI editing tools such as Runway ML, Pika Labs, Descript, or

similar platforms.
- Strong storytelling ability with attention to pacing, transitions, and audience

engagement.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a rapid-paced environment.
- A creative mind set with a keen eye for detail and visual aesthetics.

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage):
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and sound design.
- Experience in content strategy or social media marketing.
- Familiarity with trending video formats across platforms like Reels, Shorts
