ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a sharp, organised, and proactive Operations Executive to join our core team in Bangalore. You will be the central link between our customers, sales team, production unit, logistics partners, and finance — ensuring seamless order-to-dispatch execution on a daily basis.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive and process Purchase Orders (POs) from customers
- Prepare and share Proforma Invoices (PIs) with clients promptly
- Communicate daily production requirements to the production team based on confirmed PI.
- Liaise with the sales team for order updates, customer queries, and deal closures
- Ensure smooth cross-departmental communication across sales, production, purchase, logistics, and accounts
- Handle general coordination tasks and day-to-day operational requirements as needed





WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 1-3 years of experience in operations, back-office coordination, or a similar role
- Freshers with strong organisational skills and eagerness to learn are also welcome
- Fluency in English and Hindi (spoken and written) — mandatory
- Familiarity with Zoho ERP or any ERP/CRM system is a solid advantage
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask across departments
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
