Role Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Ecommerce Head to own and scale Bummer’s marketplace business across Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra. This role requires deep execution capability across ads, catalog, operations, category relationships, and P&L; ownership, with a solid focus on profitable growth in the apparel category.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
- Own end-to-end marketplace GMV, revenue, and growth targets
- Drive profitable growth across Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra
- Build and execute platform-specific marketplace growth strategies
- Identify, scale, and manage hero SKUs and core assortments
- Plan and execute major marketplace sale events (BBD, GIF, EOSS, Myntra Sale, etc.)
- Own Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and Myntra Ads end-to-end
- Manage keyword strategy, bidding, ranking, and ROAS optimization
- Scale ad spends responsibly while protecting contribution margins
- Own complete catalog hygiene and listing optimization
- Improve discoverability and conversion through titles, bullets, images, and A+ content




- Ensure catalog alignment with marketplace algorithms and brand guidelines
- Own inventory planning, demand forecasting, and replenishment cycles
- Minimize out-of-stock losses and control inventory ageing
- Coordinate closely with supply chain, logistics, and ops teams
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, fill rates, and OTIF metrics
- Manage returns, defects, penalties, and operational escalations
- Build strong working relationships with marketplace category managers
- Unlock visibility, merchandising, and platform-led growth opportunities
- Negotiate commercials, visibility spends, and sale participation terms
- Own marketplace pricing and discounting strategy
- Track and improve contribution margin and marketplace P&L;
- Build and manage dashboards to monitor performance and efficiency
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketplace team
- Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, design, finance, and ops teams
- Drive a data-driven, execution-fi
