Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organised Associate – Recruitment Support to support recruitment across India. The role will have greater ownership of recruitment activities compared to a graduate-level position, working closely with hiring managers and candidates to support timely and effective hiring.





The individual will manage multiple open positions, support sourcing and screening activities, coordinate interviews and provide recruitment updates to stakeholders. The role will also involve external vendor coordination when required, along with recruitment administration and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Support recruitment activities for multiple open positions across India.
Source, screen and shortlist candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and other sourcing channels.
Conduct initial candidate screenings and assess suitability, notice period and compensation expectations.
Coordinate interviews and ensure timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up on interview feedback and candidate progress to support timely hiring decisions.
Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
