Job Title: Site Supervisor

Location: Coimbatore
Experience: 0 - 1 Year
Qualification: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or any relevant field

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee daily site activities and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site operations and workforce activities.
- Monitor work progress and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and vendors.
- Maintain site records, attendance, and daily progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Check material usage and report shortages or requirements.
- Assist in quality control and site inspections.
- Resolve minor site issues and escalate major concerns to management.

Requirements:
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in site supervision.




- Basic knowledge of construction/site management practices.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage site activities.
- Proficiency in MS Office is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites when required.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
