- Manage and grow existing client relationships, ensuring consistent delivery and client satisfaction.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment delivery across IT [70%] and EPC mandates (sourcing to offer closure)
- Build, mentor and manage a team of recruiters to drive performance and capability development
- Set up and streamline recruitment processes, trackers, and reportng mechanisms for the region.
- Monitor team productvity, SLAs, TAT, and quality of hires.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and leadership for business expansion and strategy.
- Develop talent pipelines for niche and critical roles across IT and EPC domains
- Drive revenue contributon through effectve delivery and client acquisiton.
- Ensure adherence to compliance, process standards, and best practices

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
