About the Role
We are looking for a Manager – Talent Acquisition to own end-to-end hiring across multiple business functions and build high-quality talent pipelines.
The role involves partnering closely with business leaders, driving sourcing strategy, managing hiring delivery, and continuously improving recruitment processes and candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end recruitment across tech, product, business, operations, and corporate functions.
Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring requirements and deliver recruitment plans aligned with business goals.
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social platforms, agencies, and other relevant channels.
Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, talent mapping, competitor hiring analysis, and market research.
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer management, and closure.
Drive a solid candidate experience through timely communication, feedback, and effective stakeholder coordination.
Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely hiring delivery.
Contribute to improvements across recruitment processes, tools, automation, and sourcing strategies.
Ensure effective use of the ATS and maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records.
