About the Prospect
123Greetings is one of the internet's longest-running greeting card platforms, with a large web audience and iOS and Android apps running on a freemium plus Pro Subscription model. We are scaling paid user acquisition for the mobile apps and want to do it through specialist agencies rather than building a large in-house media team.
This role owns that supply side: identifying the right UA agencies and media buying partners, vetting them properly, negotiating commercial terms, getting them technically onboarded into our Singular attribution stack, and holding them to install-quality and ROAS targets once they are live.
You are the person who decides which agencies get our budget, and who keeps them honest about what that budget produced.

What You Will Do
Sourcing and Evaluation
• Build a qualified pipeline of UA agencies and media buying partners — sourced from Singular's partner ecosystem and comparable directories (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, Kochava), industry events, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Run structured evaluations: category experience,



geos and channels they actually buy in, case studies with verifiable outcomes, client references, team size, and who specifically would work our account.
• Diligence the things agencies do not volunteer: fee transparency (media cost vs. agency margin), who owns the ad accounts and creative assets, sub-network usage, fraud policy, and minimum commitments.
• Maintain a comparison matrix so budget decisions are defensible rather than relationship-driven.

Negotiation and Contracting
• Negotiate commercial models — percentage of media spend, flat retainer, or net CPI/CPA/CPA-on-subscription deals — and recommend the right structure per partner and per channel.
• Secure terms that protect us: clawbacks on fraudulent or invalid installs, performance triggers and exit rights, payment terms, data and reporting access, non-exclusivity, and confidentiality.
