What are we looking for?

Prior experience in a rapid-paced startup, consumer brand, or agency is a strong plus.
3+ years of experience in graphic design across digital/print.
Clear in communication: and able to structure thoughts well.
Attentive to detail: Can provide effective feedback on design work with razor-sharp focus on detail.
Curiosity & Ownership: (when it comes to understanding why one is doing what they are doing and not just executing tasks given by managers)
A strong bias for action: you’ll be given freedom and expected to move quickly and figure things out
Responsible: Someone who is responsible and does not require constant follow-ups or management.

Skills:

Software Knowledge: Illustrator, photoshop and After effects. Figma or Corel Draw is a plus.
