About the Role
We are looking for a energetic and result-driven professional to join our team in an Activation & BTL Business Development role. The ideal candidate will have experience in BTL marketing, brand activations, client acquisition, and business development. This role involves driving growth through strategic partnerships, managing on-ground marketing campaigns, and building solid client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities for BTL marketing and activation services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Lead client meetings, pitch presentations, and proposal discussions.




Understand client requirements and develop customized activation and marketing solutions.
Prepare proposals, costing, and commercial agreements.
Work towards achieving revenue and business growth targets.

BTL & Activation Management
Plan and execute brand activations, promotional campaigns, and on-ground marketing initiatives.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners for seamless campaign execution.
Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and operational deliverables.
Ensure quality execution aligned with client expectations and brand guidelines.
Handle campaign reporting and post-activation analysis.

Marketing & Strategy
Support marketing initiatives to strengthen brand visibility and lead generation.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
Contribute ideas for innovative activation concepts and client engagement strategies.
