About the Role
Join RISE's Growth team as an early hire with 360° exposure across operations, strategy, marketing, and partnerships in a fast-paced startup.

Responsibilities
Build a pipeline of schools, counselors, and partner orgs across GCC, UK/EU, India, and North America
Scope solutions, draft proposals/SOWs, negotiate, and close deals
Own revenue/partner OKRs; maintain forecasts and CRM data
Run growth experiments (landing pages, emails, webinars, referrals); track CAC, LTV, funnel conversion
Build partner programs with co-branded webinars/events

You're a Fit If You Have
IB/ICSE/CBSE background with basic knowledge of international university admissions
Strong project management, attention to detail, and communication skills
Ability to work independently, with international academic/professional exposure
