Job Title: Accountant
Location: Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain books of accounts and record financial transactions.
- Prepare and review journal entries, ledgers, and account reconciliations.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Coordinate with auditors and support internal/external audits.
- Maintain accurate documentation and financial records.
- Generate MIS reports for management review.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2-5 years of accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Tally, ERP software, and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of GST, TDS,



bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
- M.Com, CA Inter, CMA, or equivalent qualification.
- Experience working with manufacturing, trading, logistics, or service-based companies.
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Zoho Books.

Salary
