Job Title: Executive – Events and Marketing Operations

Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Executive – Events and Marketing Operations to support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing activities, customer events, webinars, internal programs, and campaign operations.

This is an entry-level role suitable for candidates who are eager to build a career in B2B marketing, events, and marketing operations. The role requires solid coordination skills, attention to detail, ownership of follow-ups, and the ability to work with internal teams, vendors, partners, and sales stakeholders.

The selected candidate will support end-to-end event operations, maintain marketing trackers, coordinate with vendors, assist in lead capture and CRM updates, and help ensure that every marketing activity is executed smoothly and documented properly.

Key Responsibilities

Event Coordination and Execution
Support the planning and execution of physical events, webinars,



customer roundtables, workshops, partner activities, and internal marketing programs.
Coordinate with hotels, event venues, agencies, printers, branding vendors, gifting partners, and other external vendors.
Assist in event logistics such as venue coordination, branding material, registration desk setup, attendee lists, invitations, AV requirements, and post-event closure.
Work with internal teams to ensure timely availability of event collaterals, presentations, banners, standees, brochures, and other marketing assets.
Maintain event checklists, timelines, invitee lists, and execution trackers.
Support on-ground event execution, attendee coordination, feedback collection, and post-event reporting.
Marketing Operations and Coordination
Maintain marketing trackers for events, campaigns, content, leads, vendors, budgets, invoices, and approvals.
