Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Manage end-to-end recruitment for all levels of positions.
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Develop sourcing strategies through job portals, consultants, social media, and referrals.
Conduct interviews and facilitate the selection process.
Employee Relations
Address employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment.
Handle disciplinary actions, warning letters, and employee disputes.
Promote employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Regularly visit factory locations for HR-related work, employee interactions, compliance checks, grievance handling, and to ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and processes.
Performance Management
Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems.
Manage Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) and employee development programs.
Support managers in performance evaluation and feedback processes.
Compensation & Perks
Oversee payroll inputs and salary administration.
Ensure timely processing of employee benefits, reimbursements, incentives,



and FNF settlements.
Conduct compensation benchmarking and salary reviews.
HR Operations & Compliance
Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements including PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, and Shops & Establishment regulations.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Manage onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits.
Policy Development & Implementation
Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
Ensure consistent implementation of company policies across departments and locations.
Training & Development
Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
MIS & Reporting
Prepare HR reports and dashboards related to manpower, attrition, recruitment, attendance, and employee costs.
Present HR metrics and insights to management.
Required Qualifications
