Position: Senior Accountant

Location: Mumbai

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare and process customer billing, invoicing, e-invoices, and e-way bills.
- Pass journal entries, payment entries, receipt entries, and contra entries in the accounting system.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor bank statements regularly.
- Handle GST compliance, including preparation and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation of GSTR-2A/2B, and RCM calculations.
- Prepare TDS workings, deductions, reconciliations, and ensure timely filing and compliance.
- Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable records.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and statutory authorities for compliance-related matters.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of financial and statutory documents.
- Prepare MIS reports and support management with financial data and analysis.




- Monitor compliance with accounting standards, taxation regulations, and company policies.

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, E-Way Bill, and E-Invoicing procedures.
- Hands-on experience in GSTR-3B, GSTR-1, GSTR-2A/2B reconciliation, and RCM.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Positive understanding of bookkeeping, accounting principles, and statutory compliance.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Experience: 5+ Years

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent

Preferred Industry Experience: Manufacturing, Trading, or Industrial Products Industry.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
