children beyond school across sports, academics, extracurricular classes, camps, workshops
and other enriching experiences. Through At Apartment, we bring these experiences directly
into residential communities, making it easier for families to access high-quality programs right
where they live.

About the role:
We are looking for a Cluster Head to own and scale At Apartment across a defined geography.
You will be the business owner for your cluster, responsible for acquiring apartment communities,
launching programs, driving enrolments and revenue, and ensuring an excellent experience for
children, parents and teachers.

Your responsibilities:
Build the Business
Identify and acquire high-potential apartment communities.
Build relationships with Apartment Associations, Facility Managers and resident stakeholders.
Own the journey from lead → partnership → launch.
Deliver 5+ new apartment launches every month.

Drive Revenue & Growth
Own the revenue target for the cluster.




Drive parent acquisition, enrolments, conversion and renewals.
Improve performance of existing apartments through recent batches, programs and community-led growth.
Identify opportunities for sports, academics, extracurriculars, camps and workshops based on community needs.

Own On-Ground Execution
Ensure every apartment launches smoothly and on time.
Coordinate with Hiring, Training, Operations and LXD teams.
Ensure the right infrastructure, schedules and operational support are in place.

Manage Teachers & Class Experience
Act as the primary on-ground point of contact for teachers in the cluster.
Ensure teachers are prepared, supported and delivering consistently.
Work with the LXD team, which owns the curriculum and academic framework.
Regularly monitor classes for teaching quality, child engagement and overall experience.
Address teacher, class and parent issues quickly and effectively.
