Summary:
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our growing HR consulting boutique. In this client-facing role, you’ll support our HR Consultants and North American clients (US & Canada) with day-to-day HR operations, compliance, HR systems, and project coordination across areas like organizational design and compensation.

What You Will Do
- Day-to-day HR support:Act as the day-to-day HR Administrator for a team of HR Consultants supporting modern North American clients.
- Project Support:Assist with client HR projects alongside HR Consultants, including organizational design, mergers and acquisitions, compensation plan analysis and design, KPI reporting, project tracking, and ad hoc requests.
- Compliance Support:Ensure all HR processes align with local and North American employment laws, maintaining compliance standards across jurisdictions.
- Software Management: Review and manage client software updates/changes (with hands-on proficiency in HRIS and ATS systems), and lead implementations as needed.
