Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Madurai for a Search Engine Optimization Executive. The role involves planning and executing SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility, website traffic, and lead generation. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting keyword research, performing on-page optimization, and carrying out regular SEO audits.

The SEO Executive will also manage link-building activities, collaborate with content and marketing teams, and coordinate with social media efforts to support overall digital marketing goals.



The role requires monitoring performance metrics, preparing reports, and recommending data-backed improvements.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in Keyword Research and On-Page SEO, with the ability to optimize website content and structure.
- Experience in Link Building and off-page SEO techniques to improve domain authority and search rankings.
- Ability to perform comprehensive SEO Audits and implement technical and content-related recommendations.
- Knowledge of Social Media Marketing to align SEO efforts with broader digital campaigns.
- Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, keyword research tools) and basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
- Solid analytical and reporting skills, with attention to detail and a data-driven mindset.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
