IMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, PI Planning and Retrospectives.
- Guide and coach the team on Agile/Secure/Scrum best practices and principles.
- Collaborate with Business and technical teams to ensure sprint goals are aligned.
- Work closely with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog.
- Identify and remove impediments to team progress, escalating when necessary.
- Monitor sprint progress and performance using agile metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown charts).
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
- Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
- Extract and document requirements. Author user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Ensure team members understand processes and support the team in following them.
- Ensure product quality expectations are defined and known across the team. Collaborate with the team in scheduling work, including defect remediation and refactoring, guarding against the accumulation of technical debt.
- Work with technical team and product owner balancing the interests of both when issues arise.
