Orchids The International School is looking for a dynamic and responsible School Manager to join our team in Rajasthan.

? Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day operations and administration of the school
- Manage parent concerns, stakeholder escalations, and operational issues
- Coordinate with teaching and non-teaching staff for smooth school functioning
- Monitor infrastructure, hygiene, safety, security, and campus maintenance
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and staff coordination
- Monitor student enrolment and ensure effective parent communication
- Ensure adherence to organisational policies, processes, and standards




- Identify operational gaps and take ownership of implementing solutions

? What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Management, Administration, or a related field
- Experience in school administration, operations, or educational management, preferably in K–12
- Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and take complete ownership of responsibilities
- Strong administrative and organisational capabilities
- Comfortable with technology and basic office applications
