Summary

As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development and implementation of applications.

You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, as well as providing support and guidance to junior team members.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications.




- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Oversee the testing and quality assurance of applications.
- Provide support and guidance to junior team members.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Vistex.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Application Packaging.
- Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
- Experience in designing and configuring applications.
- Knowledge of SAP Vistex modules and functionalities.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and technologies.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Additional Information

- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP Vistex.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
