Role : : Role – SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central) & Payroll Consultant (Finance)

– Lead Consultant The key objective of this role would be to lead a highly complex HR transformation program for a financial services organisation that operates in multiple countries and has multiple geo-specific legacy applications.

The target state will be a consolidated application, improvised business process, adoption of technology and best practices in finance and accounting.

SAP Payroll Consultant (Finance)

This role would be part of a highly complex HCM transformation program for a financial services organisation that operates in multiple countries and has multiple geo-specific legacy applications.

EC Key Responsibilities

- Minimum of 15 years of experience in the implementation of HR processes. Experience in large and Complex Implementation is a must besides process knowledge in PeopleSoft, Workday and Microsoft dynamics for Global Customers with at least 7-8 years of experience in SAP HR, and SuccessFactors.
- Solid Business Acumen with a focus on HR Processes.
- Collaborate with Customers to understand the requirements and provide them with the right solutions.
- Support Business Team on the Data Migration Activities.
- Deliver Requirement Traceability Matrix Based on the Business Requirements defined.
- Expert in building High-Level Business, Functional, and Configuration Documents.
- Expert in Customization and Building a custom solution based.
- Prepare and Provide train the trainer program.
- Conduct end-user training and support activities to ensure the successful adoption of SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions.
- Define and Prepare Test scenarios and scripts based on the requirements gathered from the Discovery Session.
- Support Transition Planning and transfer to BAU.

Payroll Key Responsibilities

- Understand and establish integration design between ECP and S/4 Finance
- Participate in overall Business Requirements gathering, documentation of overall solution.



Pertaining to EC payroll and S/4 Finance
- Conduct integrated workshops with Finance and Payroll Business Users for requirement analysis.
- Help Business make right decision and provide solution which is fit to standard
- Prepare High and Los Design Document, Including Functional and Configuration Document.
- Collaborate with Business Team building Test Scenarios /Scripts
- Prepare strategy for Data Migration.
- Complete Ownership of the ECP and S/4HANA integration, Expected to go with minimal Cust Build option.

Essential Skill: ( EC)

- Minimum 15+ years of Experience in HCM, SAP Success Factors
- Minimum 3 End-to-end Implementations of SAP SuccessFactors – Employee Central
- Experience in implementing International Payroll.
- Experience in Delivering Greenfield Implementation With SAP SuccessFactors (Knowledge of other ERPs such as PeopleSoft, and Workday desirable)
- Experience working with Public Sector Banks
- Experience in HR processes such as o Core HCM,

o Employee Central o Recruitment o Onboarding, Benefits, Absence o Time Tracking and Management o Learning & Development o Succession o Payroll & Compensation o Performance Management & Goals

- Excellent Interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills to engage Customers.
- SAP SuccessFactors
- Working experience in SAP Activate Methodology and DevOps

Essential Skill: ( Payroll)

- Minimum 10+ years of Experience in SAP Payroll (ECC, ECP)
- Experience in Managing Multi Currency Payroll with Single Legal Entity.
- Strong Understanding of SAP S/4 HANA Finance Functions such as Cost Centres, Posting , GL Account , WBS , Ledgers , Standard and Custom reporting.
- Experience in providing right approach /solution in SAP S/4.
- Bank Integration with Payment Disbursement.
- Strong understanding Custom Payroll Implementation
- Planning and Executing Data Migration
- Experience Executing Parallel payroll and valuation of the results.

Desirable Technical Skill

- Have experience working with Integration Centre and CPI integrations.
- Experiences working with custom BTP applications, SAP alliance and other SAP partner products will be Desirable
