Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead end to end delivery of SAP SuccessFactors programs, including S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and support engagements. The role requires strong leadership, SAP domain expertise, and the ability to manage complex, multi-vendor environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead full lifecycle SAP SuccessFactors projects from initiation to closure using SAP Activate / ASAP methodologies
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria
- Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, and technical teams

• Manage cross functional SAP teams including Finance, Procurement, BTP, CPI, Basis, and Security

- Oversee onshore–offshore delivery models and third-party vendors
- Prepare and present status reports, dashboards, and steering committee updates
- Manage RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies) and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure data migration readiness, UAT planning, cutover execution, and go live support
- Control project budgets, forecasts, billing, and financial tracking
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and quality standards
- Drive continuous improvement, lessons learned,



and best practices
- Initiate projects by developing project charters, business cases, and stakeholder registers
- Define and manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, and resource plans
- Lead cross functional teams to ensure successful execution of project plans
- Monitor and control project performance using KPIs, dashboards, and earned value metrics
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively
- Manage change requests and ensure adherence to change control processes
- Drive effective stakeholder communication at all levels, including leadership
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Conduct formal project closure and maintain lessons learned documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Engineering, or related field

• 12 to 15 years of IT experience with 5+ years in SAP project management

- Solid understanding of SAP modules and integration points

• Proven experience delivering SAP SF with S/4HANA

- Strong stakeholder, communication, and leadership skills
- Experience working in global delivery models
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Strong understanding of PMI frameworks (Predictive, Agile, Hybrid)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities
- • Agile / Scrum certification (CSM, SAFe, etc.)
- Experience working with distributed/global teams
- SAP Activate Project Manager certification
- Experience with Agile / Hybrid delivery models
- Prior experience in consulting or system integration environments
