We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Support Consultant responsible for providing functional support, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) processes. The consultant will work closely with business users to resolve incidents, perform root cause analysis, support enhancements, and ensure smooth operation of SAP SD modules.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide L1/L2/L3 support for SAP SD module.

- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve SAP SD incidents and service requests.

- Support Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.

- Handle sales order processing, quotations, contracts, deliveries, billing, and returns.

- Configure and maintain SAP SD master data and organizational structures.

- Work on pricing procedures, output determination, shipping, and billing processes.





- Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues.

- Coordinate with ABAP, MM, FI, WM/EWM, and Basis teams for issue resolution.

- Support month-end and year-end business activities.

- Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.

- Conduct testing for change requests, enhancements, and bug fixes.

- Create and maintain support documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.

- Participate in incident management, problem management, and change management activities.

- Provide end-user training and support when required.
