- SAP SD configuration and implementation experience
- Robust expertise in Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes
- Experience in Sales Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Shipping, and Credit Management
- Hands-on experience with Master Data, Copy Controls, Output Determination, and Account Determination
- Integration knowledge with SAP MM, FI, LE, GTS, and other SAP modules
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations and support projects
- Knowledge of IDOCs, Interfaces, EDI, and Data Migration
- Experience in Incident Management, Change Requests, and Production Support
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
