We are seeking a proficient and experienced SAS developer to join our Data Development and
Engineering (DDE) team. The successful candidate will have experience in developing SAS applications and processes, with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. This role is crucial to our transformation journey, where digital, data, and the customer are at the center of our solutions.
The developer will work in a quick-paced, agile, and continuous delivery environment and contribute to enhancing ETL capabilities.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy SAS applications.
- Implement ETL practices, ensuring integration of security and compliance requirements.
- Optimize and build batch jobs based on business needs.
- Improve performance, scalability, and reliability of processes.
- Troubleshoot and debug production and non-production issues.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
