Job Title: SAP PP + QM + IBP Consultant

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP PP + QM + IBP Consultant with strong expertise in Production Planning, Quality Management, and SAP Integrated Business Planning. The candidate should have experience in end-to-end implementation, rollout, support, configuration, integration, and business process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

- Work on SAP PP (Production Planning) configuration and implementation activities.
- Handle production planning, MRP, BOM, Work Centers, Routings, Production Versions, and Shop Floor processes.
- Configure and support SAP QM (Quality Management) processes including Quality Planning, Inspection Lots, Inspection Characteristics, Results Recording, Usage Decision, and Quality Notifications.
- Work on SAP IBP modules such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Response & Supply, and Inventory Planning.
- Develop and maintain planning processes, master data, key figures, planning areas, planning views, and supply planning models.
- Integrate SAP PP/QM with SAP IBP and other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and S/4HANA.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, configuration, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support.




- Prepare functional specifications and work with technical teams for enhancements, interfaces, reports, and integrations.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide root-cause analysis.
- Support data migration, master data validation, and cutover activities.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams.
- Participate in workshops, solution design, documentation, and knowledge-transfer sessions.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong experience in SAP PP
- Solid experience in SAP QM
- Hands-on experience with SAP IBP
- SAP S/4HANA experience preferred
- Strong understanding of MRP, Production Planning & Execution
- Good knowledge of Quality Management processes
- Experience with Demand & Supply Planning
- SAP PP/QM–IBP integration knowledge
- Experience in SAP implementation / rollout / support projects
- Strong integration knowledge with SAP MM, SD and other modules
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills

Good to Have

- SAP IBP certification
- SAP S/4HANA certification
- Experience with IBP CPI-DS / SAP Integration
- Knowledge of Advanced Planning / PP-DS
- Experience with ECC to S/4HANA migration
- Experience in manufacturing / supply-chain domain
- Global implementation or rollout experience
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology
