Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP PM/EAM and exposure to SAP S/4HANA or ECC implementations. The role involves end-to-end delivery of SAP PM solutions and close collaboration with business stakeholders in a customer-facing environment. Key Responsibilities

- Act as a functional expert in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) / Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) with a minimum of 6+ years of SAP experience.

- Participate in the design, build, test, and deployment phases of SAP PM/EAM solutions.

- Perform fit-gap analysis, prepare business blueprints, define process designs, and obtain client acceptance and sign-offs.

- Provide functional guidance and best practices for asset management, especially in utilities or other asset-intensive industries.

- Ensure effective integration with core SAP S/4HANA modules, including:

- Finance (FI/CO)

- Procurement (MM)

- Logistics

- HCM

- Work in a customer-facing consulting role, collaborating with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders.

- Support system testing, issue resolution, and go-live/post-go-live activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 6+ years of experience as an SAP Functional Consultant specializing in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).

- Strong functional and technical knowledge of SAP PM / EAM.

- Experience working on at least one SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC implementation.

- Good overall understanding of SAP S/4HANA core modules and key integration touchpoints.





- Knowledge of utilities or asset-intensive industry practices is an advantage.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
