Role Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned SAP PP-QM Senior Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing and quality management processes. You will be responsible for end-to-end lifecycle implementations, from requirement gathering to post-go-live support, ensuring that business processes align with industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Design:



Lead workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM).

Configuration: Deep-dive configuration of PP (MTS, MTO, PI, MRP, Capacity Planning) and QM (Inspection Plans, Quality Certificates, Notifications, Calibration).

Integration: Ensure seamless integration between PP-QM and other modules like MM, WM/EWM, FICO, and SD.

Solution Architecture: Design custom enhancements, RICEFW objects, and interface solutions (IDocs/BAPIs) to meet complex business needs.

Project Leadership: Act as a functional lead for full-cycle implementations, rollouts, or migration projects (ECC to S/4HANA).

Mentorship: Guide junior consultants and lead user training sessions for core and power users.

Technical Skills & Qualifications

Core SAP PP

Proficiency in Discrete Manufacturing, Process Industries (PP-PI), and Repetitive Manufacturing.

Expertise in MRP (Material Requirements Planning) and Long-Term Planning (LTP).

Experience with Production Order/Process Order management and Shop Floor Control.

Knowledge of KANBAN and Demand Management.

Core SAP QM

Handling Quality Inspection cycles (In-process, Recurring, and Final inspections).

Expertise in Stability Studies and Quality Notifications.

Integration experience with LIMS or external labeling software is a plus.

General Requirements

S/4HANA Experience: At least one end-to-end implementation on S/4HANA is highly preferred.

Experience: 5–6 years of core SAP functional experience.

Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field. SAP Certification is a significant advantage.

Behavioral Competencies

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on business value. Excellent communication skills to manage stakeholder expectations at all levels. Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
