Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP MM Consultant with strong expertise in E2E Purchasing processes, Source determination, Inventory management, and Pricing procedures, Integration knowledge with FI and SD along with hands-on experience in SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) integration. The ideal candidate will support procurement operations, optimize purchasing workflows, and ensure seamless compliance and trade processes via GTS.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and support Purchasing processes including: Standard Purchase Orders (POs), Stock Transport Orders (STOs), Outline Agreements
- Manage Source Determination: Maintain and optimize Purchase Info Records (PIRs), Configure and monitor Source Lists and Quota Arrangements
- Design and implement Pricing Procedures: Define condition types, access sequences, and schema determination
- Collaborate with SD and FI teams for cross-module pricing consistency
- Interface with other systems: Idoc monitoring,



Maintaining partner profile, Distribution list
- Integrate and support SAP GTS processes: Ensure correct calls to GTS for compliance checks, embargo screening, and customs documentation
- Troubleshoot GTS-related issues in procurement flows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Provide training and documentation for end-users and support teams

Required Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP MM Purchasing
- Deep understanding of PIRs, Source Lists, Quota Arrangements
- Proven expertise in Pricing Procedures configuration
- Experience with SAP GTS integration (compliance, customs, screening)
- Knowledge of intercompany and intra-company STOs
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Qualifications :

- SAP MM Certification
- Experience in S/4HANA environments
- Exposure to other modules like SD, WM, or Ariba is a plus
