We're building a recent-age men's fashion D2C brand from the ground up.
And we're looking for someone who doesn't just know what should be done.
We want someone who can actually get it done.
This is NOT a traditional marketing role.
We're not looking for someone who spends weeks making growth strategies, decks and presentations.
We're looking for an execution-first growth operator who can identify an opportunity, figure out the approach, execute it, measure the result, learn, and iterate.
What you could be working on
Your scope can move across the entire growth engine:
• Performance marketing — Meta, Google, testing, optimisation, creative performance
• Marketplaces — Amazon, Myntra, Ajio, etc. and figuring out how to grow them
• D2C growth & retention — CRM, WhatsApp, email, remarketing, CRO, repeat purchases
• Content & creative — deriving content ideas from customer behaviour, trends, products and data
• Growth experiments — landing pages, offers, funnels, acquisition experiments,



partnerships, new channels
• Analytics — understanding numbers, finding bottlenecks and turning insights into action
• Marketing operations — setting up tools, agencies, vendors, freelancers or processes when required
• Anything else that can move the business forward
You don't necessarily need to be an expert at all of these today.
But you should be the kind of person who says:
“I don't know how to do this yet. Give me a day. I'll figure it out.”
What we're looking for
Execution > Strategy
But we don't want a person who blindly executes either.
We want someone who can:
Understand → Think → Execute → Measure → Improve
If you identify a problem, your natural instinct should be to solve it — not simply put it into a presentation and wait for someone else to execute it.
Sometimes you'll execute yourself.
Sometimes you'll find the right freelancer, agency, creator or internal resource.
