The Role
A full-time, on-site Architect designing high-end villas, interiors, and renovation projects end to end — from concept to built reality. You won't just draw; you'll see your designs through on site.

What you'll do
Develop architectural concepts, detailed drawings, and 3D models for luxury residential projects
Coordinate with structural and MEP consultants
Guide material selection and specifications
Work closely with project managers, site engineers,



and vendors to implement designs and resolve on-site issues
Contribute to client meetings and design presentations

What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp
Strong design sense — turning client vision into functional, striking spaces
Working knowledge of local building codes and sustainable design
Clear communicator, comfortable on-site and with clients
Experience in high-end residential / villa or turnkey design-build preferred
