Cash Management: Process deposits, withdrawals, cheque clearances, and balance the branch cash drawers.Customer Service: Assist with opening and closing accounts, update passbooks, and resolve account discrepancies.Documentation: Verify customer identity (KYC) and process paperwork for loans, drafts, and foreign currency exchange.Data Entry: Accurately update customer financial information and transaction logs into the bank's digital ledger.Sales Support: Educate customers on bank products (e.g., fixed deposits, savings accounts, credit cards) and assist in cross-selling.
