Role Description The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, and maintaining HR records. This full-time, on-site role is based in Rajkot and involves implementing HR policies, supporting recruitment processes, and assisting in job description development. The role includes handling employee relations, addressing queries, coordinating performance management activities, and supporting training and development initiatives.



The Human Resources Officer will collaborate with management to ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards and contribute to a positive and inclusive workplace culture. This position is intended for local candidates only.
