About The Role

This is a role for a copywriter who wants to be deeply involved in the work; this is a role for a copywriter who wants to shape the work, not simply execute briefs. At Social Pill, you will find the idea, shape the thinking, write, present, defend, adapt, and stay close to the work through execution.

The pace is rapid and unpredictable, with multiple brands, formats, and priorities moving at once. We need someone who thrives in that environment while bringing clarity, strong creative judgment, and consistently high standards.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Thinking & Ideas





Lead the creative thinking on briefs and turn business and brand objectives into ideas people actually want to engage with.
Develop campaign platforms, social ideas, scripts, topical work, taglines, and content systems across formats.
Bring a clear point of view to the work and challenge obvious or expected solutions.
Understand when an idea needs to be pushed further, simplified, reframed, or abandoned.

Writing & Brand Voice

Write across social, digital, campaigns, films, reels, carousels, stories, memes, topical content, and emerging formats.
Develop distinctive voices for different brands and categories without relying on the same writing patterns or creative devices.
Write excellent English and conversational, culturally natural Hindi where relevant to the brand and audience.
