As our Business Development Manager, you will be the driving force behind growing Veterans Interiors' portfolio of residential and commercial clients. You will identify new opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and represent our brand with professionalism and passion. This is a high-impact role with direct influence on the company's growth trajectory.

Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue current business opportunities in residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through networking, referrals, and outreach
- Develop and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients
- Establish and nurture partnerships with real estate agents, contractors, architects, and developers
- Represent Veterans Interiors at industry events, trade shows, and community engagements
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure smooth client onboarding and project handoff
- Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline activity, and revenue targets




- Develop and execute strategic business development plans aligned with company growth goals

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a client-facing role
- Experience in interior design, architecture, real estate, construction, or a related industry preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with strong organisational and time management abilities
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term professional relationships
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
