? Key Responsibilities
Make daily outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
Contact company-provided leads and work towards converting them into customers.
Understand client requirements and explain our products and services.
Identify sales opportunities through client conversations.
Schedule and attend client meetings via phone, online, or in person.
Present our services professionally and handle client queries.
Follow up consistently with prospects after calls and meetings.
Handle objections and negotiate effectively to close deals.
Prepare quotations and proposals when required.
Maintain accurate lead, follow-up, meeting, and sales records in the CRM.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Build strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.
Participate in sales campaigns and business-development activities.
Provide regular updates on leads, meetings, follow-ups, and sales performance.
Continuously improve product knowledge, communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
