We're Hiring | Field Marketing & Events Manager | SalarySe

SalarySe is looking for a dynamic Field Marketing & Events Manager to drive brand visibility, demand generation, and CXO engagement across India's HR, Finance, and GCC ecosystems.

What You'll Do:
- Plan & execute CXO roundtables, conferences, leadership dinners, webinars, and partner events
- Drive field marketing campaigns and lead generation initiatives
- Build relationships with HR, CFO, and GCC communities
- Manage event execution end-to-end, from planning to post-event follow-up
- Track campaign performance and pipeline impact through CRM tools

What We're Looking For:
- 4-8 years of experience in B2B Field Marketing, Event Marketing, or Demand Generation
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Working knowledge of HubSpot,



Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms

-*Hands-on experience withCanva* and marketing collateral creation
- Experience in SaaS, Fintech, HRTech, Employee Benefits, Payroll, or Enterprise Technology is a plus

Location: Gurugram
- Travel Required
