Job Title: Accounts Manager

*Location:* Jalandhar

About the Role:*

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Manager to manage day-to-day financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and support smooth accounting operations at our Jalandhar office.

Key Responsibilities:*
- Daily Accounting Operations, Record daily financial transactions including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments accurately in accounting software
- Prepare and maintain ledgers, accounts, and reconciliations
- Process invoices, bills, and expense vouchers

Accounts Management & Reporting
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

Compliance & Payroll
- Support GST filings, TDS, and other statutory compliances
- Assist with payroll processing and employee reimbursements

Coordination & Documentation
- Liaise with external auditors, banks, and vendors as required
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation
- Support management with ad hoc accounting and administrative tasks
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting,



or a related field
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in bookkeeping and accounting
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally, Busy, or QuickBooks & Visual Catpro
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and other Indian tax regulations
- Solid attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial data

What we offer:*

Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month
